This quest begins as soon as Ugly Baby and all of its related quests have been finished, just before you are about to embark for the Isle of Mists.There are severl requirements you need to have met when assembling your force. Cerys an Craite (also called "Sparrowhawk") is the daughter of Crach an Craite and the sister of Hjalmar.In The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Geralt can help either Hjalmar or Cerys to become the new king/queen of Skellige during a quest line. I cant finish this quest (it says I have to help resolve the matter of the succession of the skellige throne). Keira Metz - complete Secondary Quest: For the Advancement of Learning, telling her to go to Kaer Morhen (as of patch 1.The Witcher 3: Brothers in Arms: Skellige. Letho - Reardon Manor (near Lindenvale) - complete Secondary Quest: The Fall of House Reardon The allies, and their quests, are below (Letho is optional, since it's possible he's dead due to events in Witcher 2): If you think you've got everyone and haven't had the achievement pop, you're missing someone.
